Silicone or saline implants, which is better?
Both are safe and FDA-approved. Silicone implants tend to feel more like natural breast tissue, while saline offers a firmer feel and a smaller incision. The best choice depends on your anatomy and preferences, which Dr. Qasawa reviews with you at consultation.
Will a breast lift change my breast size?
A breast lift restores position and shape but does not change size much. If you also want more fullness, an implant can be added at the same time. If you want to be smaller, a reduction may be the better fit.
